Swift Cleaning Houston provides residential and commercial cleaning services. Services offered are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service for any reason at our discretion.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation
All cleaning appointments should be scheduled in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a fee.

4. Payments
Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept various forms of payment, which will be detailed at checkout.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for securing valuables and providing a safe and accessible work environment. Swift Cleaning Houston is not liable for damages caused by unsafe conditions in the client’s premises.

6. Liability
Swift Cleaning Houston will not be held responsible for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions, ordinary wear and tear, or items not maintained according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. Liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Texas courts.
